ABOUT ST. LOUIS LIONEL RAILROAD CLUB

Club History

The Lionel Railroad Club of St. Louis was founded in 1983 by Jerry Brettschneider. Jerry is also responsible for similar clubs in Milwaukee, Chicago and San Francisco. The club is currently recognized as a 501c3 Museum dedicated to those toy trains with the Lionel Heritage.

 

Purpose/Mission

As stated in the Club’s Articles of Incorporation and includes charitable, educational, and social activities to foster research and public knowledge

of toy trains and all railroad interests, and to advance the hobby of model railroading whenever and wherever possible.
